Bullhead City Clean and Beautiful is a local non-profit corporation group that was formed to help preserve and enhance the physical and visual environment of our community. Our main goal is to encourage beautification projects within the area.

Bullhead City Press Release
Recycling Contamination
Bullhead City, Ariz., February 3, 2010 - - Bullhead City’s Recycling Program has diverted more than 200 tons of paper, #1 and #2 plastics, tin and aluminum cans away from the landfill and into the recycling center. However, increasing amounts of contaminates (non-recyclable materials) found in recycle bins are putting a strain on the system. Recyclers are finding large amounts of plastic bags, even broken toys of a non- recyclable material, mixed with recyclable items, increasing the handling time and reducing the efficiency of the program. In addition, materials such as bags and boxes left on the ground outside the bins become trash and clutter the parking lots and surrounding properties.
Everyone is encouraged to use the City’s recycling bins at the River Gardens Plaza on Hancock Road, Sam’s Club and Wal-Mart on Highway 95 to deposit metal cans, paper and #1 and #2 plastics - numbers are stamped on plastic jugs and soda bottles:
Be a responsible recycler.
