Local artists have the opportunity to showcase their talents by submitting their work to the Bullhead City Municipal Art Commission’s Featured Artist Program. “The selected artwork will be featured on Bullhead City’s TV4 billboard, on the City’s website and inside the Council Chambers for two months.” An artist will be chosen every two months by the Art Commission and will be recognized in person during a televised Commission meeting on TV4.
