Call to Artists! Local artists have the opportunity to showcase their talents by submitting their work to the Bullhead City Municipal Art Commission’s Featured Artist Program. “The selected artwork will be featured on Bullhead City’s TV4 billboard, on the City’s website and inside the Council Chambers for two months.” An artist will be chosen every two months by the Art Commission and will be recognized in person during a televised Commission meeting on TV4. Applications are available in the lobby of City Hall. Artists must submit four colored 4" X 6" photos of the art work, a short biography, and a photograph of the artist (optional). Stroll the River Walk! One of the nicest walks around. Park at the Riverside Casino in Laughlin and make your way to the waterside. Follow the RiverWalk all the way to the Crab Shack and have a snack over the water. To get around the Colorado Belle you have to go through it and rejoin the walk down the side of the Pioneer.

Take a one hour tour boat ride on the river! Various companies along the riverwalk in Laughlin. Check the docks at the River Palms, the Aquarius, and the Riverside.

March 20, the hilarious dashing Duck Race! Buy your plastic ducks (ask at Smart and Final, Mad Dogs fitness) and watch them race down the river, first one to the finish line wins $$$. This year the ducks will drop from a crane at Davis Dam, end zone Laughlin Bridge, and the whole of Davis Camp will be party/picnic for spectators.
